INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT

The processing of personal data is aimed at achieving the following purposes:
The personal data provided voluntarily and optionally by users who make online reservations, or simply submit a request for information via the contact form, are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are not communicated to third parties unless the communication is imposed by legal obligations or is strictly pertinent and necessary for the fulfillment of requests.
In particular, personal data provided voluntarily by data subjects will be collected electronically and processed, also with the aid of electronic means, directly and/or through delegated third parties (website hosting company) for the following purposes:
– Make and confirm a reservation
– Send requests for information via the contact form
– Fulfill current administrative, accounting and tax obligations, as well as to comply with laws and regulations;
– Make payment for reservations by Credit Card or Paypal

The data processed may include data of a sensitive nature, in this case the requested data are:

  • User Registratione:
    • Name, Surname, address, country, date of birth, telephone and email
  •  To make a reservation:
    • Name, Surname, of the guests and of the sender, email address, telephone and country
  • Information request via contact form:
    • Name and email
  • Make payment of the reservation:
    • Card holder for payment by credit card
    • Paypal account holder for payment via PayPal
    • Account holder for payment by bank transfer and sending of the accountant

Pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, any data of a sensitive nature will be treated by us with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disseminated.

3. COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA

The data may be communicated:
• to all those subjects (including the Public Authorities) who have access to personal data pursuant to regulatory or administrative provisions
• to banks and companies that manage the national or international payment circuits through which online payments are made for products purchased through the Site
• to companies, consultants or professionals who may be in charge of the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, the management of the hardware and software of the Data Controller or which the latter uses for the provision of its services
• to employees and/or collaborators of the Data Controller
• to subjects who manage online payment transactions
• to all those public and/or private subjects, physical and/or legal persons (legal, administrative and fiscal consultancy firms, Judicial Offices, Chambers of Commerce, Chambers and Labor Offices, etc.), if the communication is necessary or functional to the correct fulfillment of the obligations deriving from the law.

4. DATA STORAGE PLACE AND DURATION

The Data is processed at the Data Controller’s operating offices, at website hosting companies (Italian territory) and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. Personal data will be stored according to the following logics:
(i) for the purpose of executing the booking contract, for 10 years from the date of receipt of the booking or the required period imposed by legal obligations;
(ii) for purposes of defense in court, until the sentence becomes final;
(iii) for the purpose of complying with the law, for the time necessary for this purpose;
(iv) for the purpose of performing any service requested through the site, for the time necessary to execute the request.

5. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

Pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Regulation, the data controller informs that the user has the right to:
• ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of treatment or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability
• revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation
• propose a complaint to a supervisory authority (e.g.: the Guarantor for the protection of personal data).
The above rights may be exercised by making an informal request to the Data Controller at the contacts indicated above.

6. CHANGES

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this information at any time, giving appropriate publicity to site users and guaranteeing in any case adequate and similar protection of personal data. In order to view any changes, the user is invited to regularly consult this information.
