3.5 In case of cancellation of a reservation by the user, penalties or cancellation costs may be applied as specified in point 3.6
3.6 A penalty of 50% of the amount will be applied for cancellations within one week from the date of the stay. The full amount will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of the date of stay.
